BrittiCares

It’s that time of the year again, the time when most people like to exercise their gift of giving by giving back to others in need. BrittiCares International knows that like no other! This year BrittiCares is hosting its 3rd Annual ‘Give Life For Christmas’ Blood Drive and Holiday Smiles Toy Distribution! The event will be taking place on Saturday December 12, 2009 at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, located at 4650 West Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, from 9:00am to 3:00pm. This Holiday Season, in addition to the toy distribution, BrittiCares will be adopting 10 families for the holiday season, and they want to make certain that the entire family’s holiday wishes come true. As for some, this will be their child’s last Christmas/Holiday Season. Please help them make it a joyful one! If you would like to attend the event and give blood, fill out the registration form HERE. Even when you’re too young to donate blood, you can always support BrittiCares by donating some toys, or by bringing someone who can donate!

For more information about BrittiCares Internations, visit their website at www.BrittiCares.org.

Like every year, many young stars are expected to attend and support the cause. Enjoy these pictures from the 1st Annual ‘Give Life For Christmas’ Blood Drive held in December of 2007.

The 2nd Annual “Give Life For Christmas” blood drive was a huge success and Mrs. Henderson of BrittiCares would like to extend her gratitude to all those involved!

“I wanted to share and say ‘Thank You‘, to those that are a part of Young Black Starz, as well as the parents of Young Black Starz, that participated in the 2ND annual “Give Life For Christmas” blood drive, by donating their blood.

Because we collectively came together to make a difference, the results made history, and we were able to save several children’s lives who are battling cancer, leukemia, sickle cell anemia, and other serious blood disease.”

Childrens Hospital also recently posted great news about the event on their website. Check it out HERE!
