Hi! I’m Tareyah (or Reyah) and I am the proud founder, designer and chief editor here at YoungBlackStarz.Org. I’m going to let you in a little bit on my life and who I am. For starters, I’m a 20something year young Philly native with major, major dreams and lots of ambition. I’m sort of shy and goofy and I have a great love for art, technology, nature and exploring my surroundings! Traveling and seeing new places is so cool and refreshing. I really enjoy what I do here at YBS because not only does it serve a good purpose, it also incorporates everything that I love doing into one. I’m a college student who will one day be a professional print/graphic/web designer and photographer for the stars and for youth (I claim it in the name of Jesus!). I really want to work more for youth because I adore children but I also love bright and vibrant colors and designs, as you can probably tell from this layout. Lol! I work toward achieving my goals every day. My major in school is Web Design and Interactive Media and it is so much fun to me! I get to learn so many cool programs and techniques. Within the major I also get to take photography classes, so that is definitely a plus. I believe that the only true way for one to live a happy life is to follow their heart and do what they love with a passion!

Hello everyone, I’m Crystal! I’m a 19 year old South Floridian. I’ve been apart of the YBS Community since August 1, 2005. Over the years I’ve become more and more involved with it and I absolutely LOVE it. As a Staff Member of YBS I take part in the upkeep of the site by posting news, updates, photos, media, webzine posts, and more. In addition to the tasks mentioned, I work behind the scenes to help come up with more creative ways to enhance YBS. I also help keep affective communication and interaction between YBS, it’s clients, as well as it’s members & viewers. I enjoy learning web/graphic design but I love supporting and promoting young talents even more! I am currently a college student majoring in Web Design and Interactive Media. I hope to have a creative career while continuing to show my support for young Starz and others. Outside of YBS, I enjoy music, singing, and spending time with family and friends. I like to keep positivity to a maximum and negativity nonexistant. I’m focused and driven and I want to succeed!
