Starting next month “The Hughley’s” will begin airing on TV One! TV One has rights to air all 89 episodes of the show as well as rights to air episodes in limited numbers at a time on its VOD platform. The show will debut on TV One on April 5 with a seven-hour marathon starting at 8 p.m. It will join the regular schedule two days later, airing weeknights at 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. EDT. The comedy, which originally aired from 1998-2002 on ABC and UPN, stars Ashley Monique Clark, comedian D.L. Hughley, Elise Neal , John Henton and Dee Jay Daniels!

Hey y’all! Just want to post an update and remind everyone to go get a copy of Janet Jackson‘s new album ‘Discipline‘! The album is currently #1 on the charts and has some really hot tracks on it, but the main reason I’m promoting it is because my friend Tasleema, who is an upcoming singer/rapper/songwriter, wrote two hot tracks on the album – ‘Feedback‘ and ‘Luv‘! I’m pretty sure that by now you’ve heard ‘Feedback‘, but if you haven’t heard ‘Luv‘ yet it has been added to our new music player and you can listen to it there!

Hey Everyone! I have a very important announcement to make. I have come across a few pages for our website, YBStarz, that we have nothing to do with! Just for the record we DO NOT have a BeBo page. I know that there is one pretending to be us, and even reposting our updates on their page, but that is not our page! We have only two official MySpace pages, one is the old ‘Black Girl Fame‘ page which we’re still using until we design our new page and build up friends. Hey Everyone! Do any of you visit the website StarDoll.Com? If not, it’s a site filled with dolls of many famous singers, actors, actresses and models that you can dress up. I am so glad to say that Keke Palmer now has her own Star Doll on the website! Unfortunately, since she’s one of the Superstar (VIP) dolls, I think you have to have a membership to dress her, but within a few weeks you should be able to dress her for free like the others. :) My goddaughter and I play on that website all the time, so I think it’s kind of cool that we can finally dress up one of our YBStarz! (Well… I mean after it becomes free. HA!)

I’m not sure if you all have heard of the internet radio station Kwav, but if you haven’t you should really get to know it! The station is for kids, by kids and features Henry the III and Leeah D. Jackson. Henry’s show is called The King Henry Show and his air time is every Sunday from 4 to 6pm pacific. Leeah also has a show on Kwav called Kickin it with Mimi & Leeah D. Her show is aired every Sunday from 6 to 7pm pacific. The station offers independent children music (unsigned artist) as well. You all can tune in to Kwav HERE. Be sure to catch Henry and Leeah’s shows every Sunday!
