Here’s a first look at Keke Palmer’s (profile) “Mad Style” by True Jackson clothing line! The line consists of shoes and apparel and is geared toward tween and teen girls. While Keke hasn’t sketched any of the styles herself, she often gives her opinion about the line that’s currently being sold in Wal-Mart stores. Last week YBS had the opportunity to do our very first phone interview with the young, upcoming actress Yara Shahidi of “Imagine That“. You can now listen to the interview with Yara by clicking on the banner. This interview with Yara was so fun to do! She is so advanced for her years and after speaking with her, she is most definitely one of the smartest 9 year old we have ever encountered. We were talking about things like the Renaissance and the Parthenon, stuff people would be used to discussing with college students, not 9 year olds!

This girl is going places, we at YBS are pretty sure about that, and with looks and a killer personality to match, nothing’s stopping her! Check out our interview with her to get the low down on her experiences working with Eddie Murphy and Nicole Ari Parker, who she called “FABtabulous“, if she would want a GooGaa in real life and why she wants to be a historian when she grows up.
