Keke Palmer got the best of both worlds! While the young star is currently focused on her music career, having just released her new video, the actress/singer is still doing her thing with acting! In fact, the 19-year-old is set to star alongside Sherri Shepherd and Aunjanue Ellis in the Lifetime Original movie Abducted: The Carlina White Story premiering this October.
The movie is based on the true life story of Carlina White, a young woman who was kidnapped from a Harlem Hospital when she was just days old who grew up to solve her own kidnapping at the age of 23. Keke stars in the movie as Carlina while Sherri Shepherd stars as her birth mother, Joy. Aunjanue Ellis plays Ann, the woman who kidnapped and raised her.
Abducted: The Carlina White Story will make its Lifetime TV Premiere on Saturday, October 6 at 8pm ET/PT.
