Young star Kwame Boateng is currently working with an all-star cast — which includes Idris Elba, Michael K. Williams, Rosario Dawson, Erykah Badu and more — in the new Black Spaghetti Western film “They Die by Dawn.”
The 45-minute film is directed by Jeymes Samuel and tells the true story of four black outlaws with bounty on each head who set a date for a thrilling shootout in Langston, Oklahoma, with the last man taking the collective bounty.
In the film, Kwame plays the role of “Preacher” and he is honored to be working with a veteran cast! Kwame is also looking forward to people seeing him portray a different role. “I don’t want to give too much away, but let’s just say I won’t be your typical preacher,” he said.
“They Die by Dawn” is currently filming at the Melody Ranch in Los Angeles, California. See a few still from the movie below.
