Jazz Raycole

Former child actress Jazz Raycole has a role in TV Land’s newest original series “The Soul Man”. The series, which also stars comedians Cedric “The Entertainer” and Niecy Nash, revolves around an R&B superstar-turned-minister Reverend Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine (played by Cedric) who was living the high life in Las Vegas at the top of the music charts when he gets the calling to go from soul singer to soul saver.

He then relocates to St. Louis with his wife, Lolli (Niecy Nash) and his daughter, Lyric (played by Jazz Raycole) to take over the preaching duties, giving up the superstar lifestyle for a more humble one which his family isn’t too happy about.

“The Soul Man” is currently in production for a total of 12 episodes and is set to premiere on Wednesday, June 20 at 10pm ET/PT.

Jazz Raycole is best known for her role as Claire Kyle on the sitcom My Wife and Kids during its first season.
