Ten year old Dusan Brown has been cast in the Jackie Robinson Biopic “42″ starring Harrison Ford, Chadwick Boseman, Jon Bernthal, Nicole Beharie and more! Dusan was cast to play “Young Ed Charles” who is a former third baseman in Major League Baseball.
Dusan’s call back was with Director Brian Helgeland, who took home an Oscar for Best Screenplay for L.A. Confidential (1997) so his family feels special that he was hand picked by him and they can’t wait for him to work with and receive direction from such an experienced filmmaker.
Production for 42 begins next week; Part of the movie will be filmed in Atlanta and part in Tennessee. 42 is scheduled to debut in April 2013!
