Ghanaian brothers and actors Kwame Boateng, 20, Kofi Siriboe, 18, and Kwesi Boakye, 13, are featured on the premier cover of the new F2FA Magazine for their cover story themed “Young, Successful, and African in Hollywood.” The story will explore how the three very successful brothers are rebranding Africa.
The mission behind F2FA Magazine is to change the way the world views Africa, “When people usually think about Africa they think of starvation [and] hunger, but that’s not what it’s all about and that’s what Face2FaceAfrica is here to change,” Kwesi said about the magazine in an exclusive behind the scenes video. “They’re here to change the image of Africa in other people’s eyes and we’re here to show that Africa’s doing things in Hollywood, and they’re actually doing it big,” he added.
Not only is this the first cover for the magazine, it is also the very first magazine cover for the brothers and as one can imagine, they are all very excited and honored. Kofi recently expressed his gratitude via FaceBook saying, “WOW. Big moment for my brothers & I. First Magazine Cover. Many more to come. Can only thank God for this one.”
A digital copy of the magazine can be pre-ordered now at www.f2famagazine.com; the print copy will hit retail stores in early summer.
