Rhyon Brown — The Actress, Director, Writer and Producer — It has been Rhyon’s long-term goal to work behind the cameras since she was a little girl and now, at just 16 years old, she has just written and directed her first short film! Rhyon’s piece is entitled The Ties That Bind and it stars her sister RaVaughn Brown among many others. The film is still being edited but YBS have some exclusive behind the scenes photos of the girls which you can view in the gallery below.
Rhyon and the ladies of ABC Family’s “Lincoln Heights” (Erica Hubbard and Nicki Micheaux) will be guests on the new BET late night show The Mo’nique Show this Thursday night, October 8th at 11pm ET on BET. Tune in if you can! She’s also just done interviews with CNN, BET.com, RollingOut, UpScale, Spellman College, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a few others.
